We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You have not accessed more than 25% of the course content
• You can demonstrate that the course content does not match the description provided
• You encounter technical issues that prevent access to the course materials
• The course content is defective or corrupted

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• More than 30 days have passed since purchase
• You have accessed more than 25% of the course content
• You change your mind after accessing the materials
• You did not read the course description properly before purchase
• You request a refund due to device compatibility issues (clearly stated requirements)

Physical Copy Returns

Return Conditions

If you purchased a physical copy of the course, you may return it within 14 days of delivery if:

• The product is unused and in original condition
• All packaging is intact and undamaged
• You provide proof of purchase
• You cover return shipping costs

Physical Copy Refund Process

• Contact our support team to initiate the return
• Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
• Ship the product back to us within 7 days of authorization
• Refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item

Refund Processing

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
• UPI: 2-3 business days
• Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
• Net Banking: 5-7 business days

Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price minus any applicable transaction fees. For physical copies, return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Course Access Suspension

Upon approval of a refund request:

• Your access to the digital course materials will be suspended
• You must delete all downloaded course materials
• Any physical copies must be returned as per the return policy

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing the course:

• Contact our technical support team immediately
• We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
• If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be offered

Exceptions
